Not only do our regular Wellness Classes begin on February 22, but so do some brand NEW Wellness opportunities. Here is the list of NEW Aerobics Classes:

  • ZUMBA Circuit  ---  Fridays at 5:45 am
  • Core Basics  ---  Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30 am
  • Resistance Band Basics  ---  Tuesdays at 7:15 pm
  • 20-20-10  ---  Tuesdays at 6:15 pm
    - 20 minutes of aerobics + 20 minutes of strength/endurance training + 10 minutes of stretching
