Your YMCA is offering you several opportunities to give-back to the community as we've entered the holiday season!  Going on now through Saturday, November 30th, the community may contribute non-perishable food items to support the United Way of Huntington County food drive.  For those who are non-members, a donation of 10 or more items will result in the joiner fee being waived!  A savings of $75.

Beginning December 5 and continuing through the end of the year,  the community is encoraged to drop off their new/gently used coats and new hats and gloves to support the "Share the Warmth" campaign. Items collected at the Share the Warmth campaign will be given to area schools and agencies for distribution to our neighbors in need.  The Share the Warmth campaign will run from December 5-31.

Wondering about gifts to give?  There is no better gift, than the gift of life!  Consider signing up for the blood drive here at Y on Friday, December 13 from 9am-3pm.  All donors receive a $5 Amazon gift card via email.  What a deal!! Folks interested in the blood drive may sign up at the Y front desk or online here:  RED CROSS SIGN UP.

Also... mark your calendars as the community is invited to come and meet Santa at the Parkview Huntington Family YMCA on Thursday, December 5, 2019 from 5:00-6:30pm.  Make plans to join us and stay to share a cookie and cocoa with Santa.  Stop by with your kids and grandkids.  During the Santa event, Y gift certificates and other stocking stuffers will be available for purchase.
