Fall Prevention & Balance Assessment
Tues., April 8, 11:30am-1pm at the Y. Attendees will learn about fall prevention, participate in balance assessments and learn about exercises to help with balance. See the flyer HERE.

“WON”, Widows & Widowers Old & New, support group will be hosted at our YMCA beginning April 7th. The group will meet on Mondays @11:45am-1pm.. sessions will continue each Monday through May 19 and then meet the 2nd and 4th Mondays June 2 – August 25. Review the flyer HERE.
Check out the upcoming Active Older Adult Activities Calendar! Our Y members are welcome to join us for area field trips, lunch & learns and social events! Each of these are great opportunities to connect with others, visit places in and around our community, and learn more about various topics of interest! Some events are free and some have an associated cost or registration fee. Participants MUST register at our front desk for EACH event so we have an accurate count of attendees.
