Want variety? Want accountability? Want some fun? Join us in a group exercise class!

Our group exercise classes are FREE for YMCA members. Please reserve a spot for yourself in class, up to 7 days in advance.

Added classes: Kickbox Tabata, additional Silver Sneakers Classic, Active Older Adult Line Dance, and an additional Dance Tabata class.

Join us for a special “MASH-UP PARTY” on January 13th in the gym! We’ll sample several classes all in one workout.

We’ll also offer an 8am Saturday Rotating Class, which will spotlight a different class format and instructor each Saturday in January and February. These 8am Saturday classes will be free and open to the community! Please sign up a week in advance for all classes you plan to attend.
