Pilates Classes
These classes will start in September:
Wednesdays 6:30-7:00pm
Thursdays 9:00-9:30am
In this class, you’ll practice low-impact exercises using a mat and your body weight for resistance to strengthen and lengthen the muscles of your core, back, hips, and glutes.
Yoga Classes
Mondays 7:15-8:00pm
Thursdays 9:30-10:00am *This class starts Oct. 3rd
Saturdays 10:00-11:00am
Increase strength and flexibility while connecting mind and body through breath work, postures, and intentional relaxation.
Essentrics Classes
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7:30-8:30am
A dynamic, full body workout suitable for all fitness levels, that simultaneously combines stretching and strengthening. This class will increase flexibility and mobility for a healthy, toned and pain-free body.
